WHY IS DENTAL EMERGENCY CARE IMPORTANT?

X-rays:
If necessary, X-rays will be used to assess the condition of your teeth and identify any underlying dental issues.

Exam and consultation:
Following your routine cleaning, Dr. Jain will come in and examine your teeth and perform an oral cancer screening at every routine visit.

Teeth cleaning, polish, and flossing:
Jain Dental Care’s dental hygienist will perform thorough teeth cleaning to remove plaque, tartar, and stains. This process involves scaling, which involves removing plaque and tartar from the tooth surfaces, followed by polishing to make your teeth smooth and shiny. Flossing will be done to clean between your teeth and along the gumline.

Treatment planning and scheduling:
If any further dental procedures are required, such as fillings or crowns, the dentist will schedule these appointments accordingly. Alternatively, if no immediate treatment is needed, your next six-month checkup will be scheduled. We offer comprehensive care and ensure that your initial visit is not rushed. Typically, this appointment will last between an hour to an hour and a half, allowing ample time for the cleaning, examination, and discussion of any necessary treatment or future appointments.
FAQS
Many diseases have no symptoms until they are somewhat advanced. Regular dental visits provide the general dentist a chance to keep an eye on the patient’s oral health and identify any possible problems before they get out of hand.
Everyone should go to the dentist at least every six months for a checkup. However, people with a higher risk of developing oral cancer or gum disease could require more frequent visits. How frequently a patient needs general dentistry care will be advised by the dentist.
No matter how meticulous your home-care practices are, nothing surpasses professional cleaning.
To get rid of the plaque and calculus (tartar) that has accumulated around your teeth, a hygienist employs a variety of equipment.
Problems could include gum disease, oral cancer, fractures, decay under fillings and other restorations, and tooth decay.
To check within teeth and below the gum line, an x-ray may occasionally be necessary.
